Leninism comes to SA: The COVID19 crisis is not only making Black South africans realise that the ANC are the african version of champagne socialists, i.e. despots who make false promises and will let their own people starve, but it is also exposing the ANC’s overt racism. The ANC openly says they won’t assist white small business owners with emergency or taxpayer funds unless they “transform enough”!

A spokeswoman for the Department of Tourism has admitted that no government COVID19 assistance will be given to any white owner of a business in the tourism sector. The department made R200 Million available for small and medium sized businesses in the tourism sector so that they can apply for funds in the lockdown period. Businesses in the tourism sector like guesthouses and tour operators cannot make any money because of the lockdown regulations and the restriction of international flights.

The ANC regime has announced a racial framework for government COVID-19 assistance, the possibly of which they previously called fake news! The DA and Afriforum say they will fight against these BEE based measures, after two State departments have come out with a strict racial classification to determine which lucky South Africans affected by the COVID-19 pandemic will get financial assistance.

From 1 November to 15 November 2019, there have already been 19 farm attacks reported, whilst one farm attack was successfully averted during this period. During the month of October 2019, there were twenty eight farm attacks and three farm murders, whilst one farm attack was successfully averted in South Africa. During September 2019, there were forty six farm attacks and seven farm murders

It was reported by Ian Cameron of AfriForum on 7 November 2019, that there have already been 376 farm attacks in South Africa since the start of 2019, that includes about 36 farm murders. In November there has been at least one attack every day so far.

Junk Status looms – Implementation of NHI will have disastrous consequences for SA economy

AfriForum today sent a letter to President Cyril Ramaphosa, Finance Minister Tito Mboweni and Minister of Health Zweli Mkhize warning the civil rights organization that the implementation of national health insurance (NHI) could eventually lead to the downgrading of the country’s credit rating to junk status .

This comes after the credit rating agency Moody’s recently downgraded South Africa’s credit rating from a stable to a negative outlook. The reason for this downgrade according to Mood is the bleak growth prospects and growing public debt. In its letter, AfriForum argues that unaffordable, ideological policies such as the NHI will lead to South Africa being downgraded to junk status, as the country simply cannot fund it.

AfriForum’s Ernst Roets not in contempt of court over apartheid flag tweet – Roets said he was posing an academic question with his tweet

Johannesburg – The Equality Court on Tuesday ruled that AfriForum deputy chief executive Ernst Roets was not in contempt of court when he tweeted an image of the offensive apartheid flag.

Roets posted the image on Twitter soon after the Equality Court, sitting at the South Gauteng High Court, declared that the gratuitous display of the apartheid flag amounts to hate speech.

Judge Phineas Mojapelo said displaying the old flag constituted hate speech and discrimination based on race. He added that the apartheid-era flag be allowed for academic, artistic and journalistic use only if there was a need and permission to do so.

Roets’ offensive post prompted the Nelson Mandela Foundation to file bring an urgent application to the court.

However, Roets dismissed suggestions that he disrespected the judgment. Instead he said the court ruled the flag could be used for artistic, journalistic and academic purposes.

Old SA flag is not a symbol of a crime against humanity and to ban it will infringe South Africans’ right to freedom of expression

The Nelson Mandela Foundation announced on Monday that its case regarding the old South African flag for hate speech, unfair discrimination and harassment would be heard in the Equity Court in April.

The case will be heard during the 29th and 30th of April. This comes after the foundation approached the court last March with the request to declare the use and exhibition of the old South African flag for hate speech, unfair discrimination and harassment based on race.

In addition, it said during a statement that it was time to admit that the old South African flag is a symbol of a crime against humanity and that the exhibition is humiliating black South Africans and promoting crime.

The statement supports the following: “It is important that the Equality and Prevention of Unfair Discrimination Promotion Act be used as a tool to discourage such behavior.”

EFF president Julius Malema is seemingly denying paying more than R100 000 to civil-rights organisation AfriForum following a cost order.

According to a statement issued by AfriForum on Sunday, Malema and the EFF made a payment of R108 960,79 on January 10 – the second of five cost orders AfriForum obtained through various court cases brought against the EFF since March 2017.

The first payment of R126 703,59 was made on November 13 last year.

But despite the statement and the media reporting on the payment, Malema appears to be in the dark.

Replying to a report by EWN on Sunday, Malema tweeted: “I can’t afford even if I wanted to pay, stop lying.”

Asked how it felt to be “pushed” into a “#paybackthemoneysituation”, Malema replied: “Pushed by who?”

A warrant has been issued for arresting Grace Mugabe on a charge of assault with the intent to seriously injure – the former president’s wife may be in jail the festive season

AfriForum has on Wednesday announced that an arrest warrant has been issued against Grace Mugabe for allegedly assaulting Gabriella Engels.

The South African Police Service (SAPS) say they have approached Interpol to help enforce an arrest on Zimbabwean former first lady Grace Mugabe for allegedly assaulting a model in Sandton.

AfriForum has on Wednesday announced that an arrest warrant has been issued against Mugabe.

Earlier this year, the lobby group won a High Court application to review and set aside the government’s decision to grant Mugabe diplomatic immunity after allegations emerged that she had assaulted Gabriella Engels.

Police spokesperson Vish Naidoo says a process on the matter has been initiated with the international anti-criminal organisation.
