It is tragic that the courts have to protect the true diversity of South Africa, with a dozen languages, from the ANC regime, and it remains unfortunate that the ANC government preaches diversity, yet applies monolingualism. This ruling is appropriate on the eve of Heritage Day, in that it recognized the language rights of students, and imposes a specific obligation with regard to execution on Unisa. It is equally unfortunate that language and cultural communities have to turn to the courts in the final instance, to claim their rights as diverse languages with specific reference to Afrikaans, especially at historically Afrikaans universities.
SA Constitutional Court Declares UNISA Language Policy Unconstitutional after Five Year Long Court Case!
Billionaire Ramaphosa Says SA Economy is Racist? He’s Right! BBBEE Makes it Structurally & Institutionally Racist!
Cyril Ramaphosa who became a Quadruple Billionaire by racebaiting, wants more, and has now racebaited the entire South African economy, by calling it racist and colonial, and has said the lockdown affords the perfect opportunity to “restructure” it. Is even MORE BBBEE possible, or is it concentration camps for whites now? The High Court however has put a spanner in the ANC’s works and declared the Level 3 and 4 lockdown regulations invalid! The person who seems to be really in charge at the moment, the lockdown Regulation Queen, Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma (NDZ), otherwise known as Dr. Twak, has also made the same kind of comments about restructuring the economy, but to get rid of Cyril’s benefactors, the WMC.
While it may appear on the face of it to be

Stories of White Exclusion by Black SA Government! Yet Only 11% of Total Applications for CCP-Virus SMME Assistance Scheme Approved!
The Black South African government, which defended its right to exclude whites from Covid19 emergency assistance in the Constitutional Court, (and won!), seems to not really care about its own people either! The ANC government has approved only 11% of applications for COVID-19 relief funding for small, medium, and micro-sized enterprises (SMMEs), according to the Department’s Progress Report on COVID-19 SMME Relief Funding, while a survey shows 68% of applications for funding were denied.
Despite promises of R 2 Billion in Emergency Funding, the ANC government has received 12,982 applications for SMME emergency funding, while only 1,501 (11%) have been approved according to the Rapport newspaper. Furthermore, according to a survey of 2,280 small business owners conducted by entrepreneur education platform Heavy Chef, 68% of respondents’ applications for relief funding were denied. Ramaphosa announced on 22 April that the R 2 Billion would be made availabl

Transform or Starve! Racist Minister of Tourism, Mmamoloko Kubayi-Ngubane “Spreading Lies” as ConCourt Dismisses One Applicant in Action Against ANC’s Racebased Covid-19 Aid!
The embattled minister of Tourism, whose spokesperson infamously claimed struggling whites need to transform more to qualify for emergency COVID-19 aid, has completely misunderstood the Concourt dismissing one applicant and has prematurely claimed victory, even though the court has not yet considered the matter, never mind issue a judgement! As a result the remaining applicant, AfriForum, has accused Mmamoloko Kubayi-Ngubane, of spreading lies and fake news by announcing in a media statement that the Constitutional Court had dismissed AfriForum’s application for appeal.
According to Kallie Kriel, CEO of AfriForum, they are not mentioned as an applicant in the dismissal in the Solidarity case to which Kubayi-Ngubane refers and judgement has also not been

ANC Regime Use Their SABC Propaganda Arm to Trick Afrikaans RSG Listeners into Donating to ANC’s Solidarity Fund Which Excludes Whites!
The ANC are using their propaganda platform, the SABC which broadcasts Radio Sonder Grense (RSG) in Afrikaans, to deceptively and fraudulently solicit funds for their CCPvirus Solidarity fund, using the name of the Solidarity Trade Union who operate a charity called “Helpende Hand”. The ANC regime is busy with deliberate deceit and misrepresentation in their Solidarity Fund advertisement on their RSG Radio, where they are trying to get white Afrikaans speaking listeners to part with their money, for the ANC’s very racist Solidarity Fund, using the name of the Solidarity Trade Union for their fund and also including the name of Solidarity Trade Union’s charity, “Helpende Hand” in the advertisement!
The ANC are attempting to swindle and deceive people to give money to a government fund, which will allocate funds according to ANC rules. That means that if you are white, you are out. It is bad enough that they call it the Solid

VIDEO: “CoronaVirus Does Not Kill Black People” – Soweto Civil Rights Group HBR Takes Ramaphosa To Court Over #COVID19 #Lockdown
While “BlackTwitter” as it is known in South Africa, have been spreading the myth that blacks cannot get CoronaVirus for weeks, it seems this misinformation has seriously taken hold amongst the black majority! This is probably the reason Ramaphosa had to rope in the army to enforce the lockdown.
A civil society group from Soweto called the Hola Bon Renaissance (HBR) Foundation, has taken Cyril Ramaphosa to the Constitutional Court over the 21-day lockdown in SA!
The lockdown was implemented at midnight on Thursday 26 March and prevents people from leaving their homes for anything other than essential services in an attempt to control the spread of the coronavirus.

Minister of Police must pay R300,000 plus interest for wrongful, unlawful arrest
The Constitutional Court ordered that the Minister of Police pay R300,000 plus interest since 2012 to Brian de Klerk for an unlawful, illegal, arrest.
A person has complained to De Klerk even though he had punched the complainant and was therefore injured, and the police decided to arrest De Klerk on the strength of it.
The law stipulates that a person must appear in court within 48 hours, but De Klerk has been in custody longer without being given the opportunity to state his case.
He was also not given the opportunity to apply for bail upon his first appearance in court, and had to return to the cells.
After the events, he decided to sue the Minister of Police, and the judge gave him the opportunity to state his case, and then ordered the police to show up.

Spare the rod, spoil the child – Giving your child a hiding at home remains illegal!
According to a ruling by the Constitutional Court on Wednesday, corporal punishment in the future will be illegal in private households
The majority judges of the Constitutional Court claims that children can still be effectively disciplined without using moderate and reasonable chastisement, there are other means of enforcing discipline.
In November last year, the Constitutional Court heard an application by Freedom to Religion in South Africa (FOR SA) requesting that a 2017 Supreme Court ruling that corporal punishment in private households be set aside.
Daniela Ellerbeck, legal representative for FOR SA, said earlier that the Supreme Court ruling “will make criminals of well-meaning parents who love their children and only want the best for them”.
Ellerbeck said the Supreme Court ruling essentially meant that if a parent just gave their child a light blow to the hind, the parent could be arrested, prosecuted and convicted.<

These people are definitely ‘high as a kite’:- The Dagga Party wants to #HotboxTheHouse as it aims to contest elections
The Dagga Party of South Africa is hoping to “#HotBoxTheHouse” as it prepares to contest this year’s elections and potentially have a say on cannabis legislation in Parliament, if it can raise the hefty R200 000 registration free.
“I ask you to stand ready to stand together around the cannabis tree at elections 2019,” party leader Jeremy Acton wrote on Facebook as he rallied like-minded thinkers to register to vote.
Also known as Iqela Lentsango, the party wants to be sitting among the legislators who will rework the law to regulate the use of the plant after the Constitutional Court ruled last year that criminalising private use was unconstitutional.
It tried to run in the 2014 general elections but could not afford the deposit at the time and so missed the deadline to be included on the ballot papers.
The Constitutional Court gave Parliament two years from September 2018 to revisit laws which Acton and co-campaigner Garreth Pr
